On line check in process does not work. How would we get the keys? This location has a small sign in the window, otherwise nobody can tell this is a U-haul. The gentleman at the check out wanted 3 names as a POC and to call them. This should have been mentioned up front. He was very disorganized and flustered. I will not be coming back.Nancy C.
The truck itself was fine, but dealing with converting from a regular u-haul to a truckshare took about 45 minutes, making me late. I had to call the 1-800 number to get it converted, since it wouldn't let me do it on the app or website and the office was closed. Luckily there was someone there who also worked at the storage facility. I also had to get the proper lockbox code from the guy in the office, because the one on the app didn't work.Clayton G.

The storage unit person on duty had absolutely no idea how I could "pick up" the truck with the online features, had no clue how to walk me through it, and the online service makes a total hassle. no one even informed me I would do this all online in advance so I was lucky I had internet access with my phone to do it! Turn the process into in person signing, ditch the "car share" online bit or make your site more user friendly at least. It's total garbage and took us 40 minutes to accomplish what could have taken 10, after waiting 25 minutes for him to "come back from walking the lot" and tell us it needed to be done online. Never. ANSWER THE PHONE!!!!!!!!! Due to COVID19 customers cant just walk in, they are forced to call the office where they are picking up their U Haul. Problem is nobody answers the phone. I called multiple times and had to knock on the door and yell to a second floor window to get any help. The office worker was kinda rude and condescending :( Then the gate wouldn't open for us to get out of the lot, and the office employee never answered the phone. I called over 5 times and never got an answer. We had to wait till someone else left, so that we could piggy back behind them. Totally wasted 20 or 30 minutes trying to get the gate open so we could leave. Then the drop box has no sign and its very confusing where to leave your keys. Overall a terrible experience, very poor instruction and help. And i wasnt even given the correct dolly that was ordered.Concepcion G.
I have a hard time rating them as they were closed due to the virus. We did get into the lot when some other person with a storage unit opened the gate but then we were stuck inside for about a half hour until someone else came in. I did the after hours checkout which went fine and dropped the keys in the office door slot. I left a message for the location but nobody has called mr back. Strange time in this country.Mary S.

The administrative assistant or office manager was a delight! Very pleasant polite answered calmly questions. Walked me to the van she made the time to ensure the text message I got to verify the gas and milage was working correctly. It wasn't, so thankfully she was there so I was able to verify with her what the actual milage and gas was so I was able to leave with my rental. Businesses need more human interaction with excellence and not electronics since it's apparent the verification process isn't working for uhaul.Angie M.

My agreement said the fuel tank was 15/16 full. The gauge in the van was around 3/4 full (which I have a picture of). When I filled the van with gas at the end, I filled it so the gauge was closer to F compared to when I started. I still got charged for extra gas. Either fix the fuel gauge in that van or be honest with your customers about much gas the vehicle starts out with.Lauren B.

No one was in the store when I arrived. I called all the numbers no one answered. After an hour of calling and contacting uhaul. I finally found the employee. They did not know how to give me the keys. They told me I needed a 4 digit code for the drop box....then realized they were wrong. It took me 1 and a half hours till I finally got my truck....The gas tank was not full...it was even under 3/4 tank. The worst possible service....Steven E.
There was confusion about pick up with my reservation as to where it was and the lock box did not work so I was not able to pick up my vehicle when I was supposed to the vehicle was dirty it had stuff on the inside I complained and was supposed to get at least a $50 refund because I could not get my vehicle when I was supposed to but I have not had any word or any site of getting my refund I am 100% disappointed and frustrated with my U-Haul experience. Note that as far as I can tell the person that helped me at the location who apparently doesn't technically work for U-Haul she works for the storage company but takes care of the U-Haul things there was very nice and very helpful and very patient with me and worked very well with me I would recommend her but I have nothing good really to say about my U-Haul experience except that my truck did run and I was able to do what I needed to doLinda M.
