Open your door when there is a reservation to pick up, answer your phone when a customer is calling. I will never ever use this location or U-Haul again. It was the most horrible experience I’ve ever had. I feel like nothing was done or was corrected for me, also we returned the truck at 7 pm that same day and I was charged for that next day evidently she did not report us returning the truck. I don’t feel I was fully compensated for all the troubles we went through , took 2 hours to get the truck, my daughter was there at 9 am did not get the truck till after 11 am. This business gives u-Haul a bad reputation.
