There was water pouring over the drivers side visor. It was pouring rain all day. The driver was wet the entire day. This was not a pleasant experience and should be fixed

The staff was completely unhelpful and unattententive. There were no moving blankets or equipment in the back of the truck, yet I was still charged for them. The people seemed entirely uninterested in helping me at all, telling me "I can help you if you want but it's going to be a while." I'll avoid that location when I need a truck in the future. I felt cheated.
