James EGet a better location and staff who understands and explains the different rental options and fees. Used a motorcycle trailer which this locatin didn't have listed in inventory, so reserved a 5x9 trailer to haul a bike at $10 more..only to show up and find a cycle trailer on lot. The woman told me the two trailers were the same.. I correctly explained that one is designed for cycles renting at $19.95 while other was a standard 5x9 for $29.95. She refused to agree which makes me wonder how you can let inept people handle your product...where's the training? I was billed at higher rate even though I used the cycle trailer for the day..I will recommend to anyone to stay away from this location.
Nate KThere was no U Haul Rep to help you. Hotel attendant just let you know what lot to go to and that was it. No checking of equipment to make sure all was well.
