No one was at the location. No information about dropping off at a closed location. Lot is very confusing. Business is at one way street with a curb return cannot be left there as their mechanics area is fenced and locked as well. . There is a house next to it then an empty closed business with uhauls parked there but no signage or instructions as to it this is the actual drop off lot. No one answers the phone just recorded message. Left message no one returned my call. Had to call U-Haul and do a Mobil drop off. Not really a secured location for leaving a trailer but I left it there anyways as I had been trying for over an hour to return this trailer on time.

Tow dolly right side strap kept loosing up. Had to stop multiple of times to re apply or tighten up even more. Dropped off after hours
