The app was not working properly. Luckily, the owners husband was on site and he put me in touch with the owner who was able to finish the rental process. If it was not for her I would have been stranded. She was extremely pleasant and helpful. Please fix the APP!!!

Great customer service. I called after hours and they answered right away. Had to call about dropping the keys earlier and was also answered right away.

Sherriel SI specifically chose a drop-off location that was open until 5pm to make sure I could return in person when I made my reservation. The morning of the rental, after I already picked up my vehicle, I was told I had to change my location. The new location there was nobody in the office. There is no sign in front of the building. There is only a small sign on the bottom half of a glass door. Further, the entire parking lot had no cleared spots to park the vehicle from the snow storm. I had to drive over a snow bank between two other vehicles in a very tight parking space.
