The app was not working properly. Luckily, the owners husband was on site and he put me in touch with the owner who was able to finish the rental process. If it was not for her I would have been stranded. She was extremely pleasant and helpful. Please fix the APP!!!
Thomas MGreat customer service. I called after hours and they answered right away. Had to call about dropping the keys earlier and was also answered right away.
