The person serving us was absolutely horrendous. The truck we rented was doubled booked. Luckily we got it first, but then we were called multiple times during our alloted time to know when we were coming back and that our time was up even when it wasn't. The employee, Kevin, was rude and sarcastic. Truly an added stress that was not necessary in an already stressful day.

The customer service was abysmal, I used the app and the information on it and in the files of the u haul detailer were different, after that they fixed it, it changed and the booked me 7 different things until they got it right and after all this, I still had to return the truck 30 min away from the said location at the beginning, so no, I dont recommend at all.

De plus la personne sur place à la prise de possession n'était pas du tout courtoise. Finalement, prise de photo de permis de conduire sur des cellulaires personnel d'employé c'est inadmissible.
Martin HLe processus de location était simple, rapide et efficace en ligne, et le camion était excellent. Cependant, au moment du retour, le service était fermé à l’heure prévue et il n’y avait aucune indication claire sur l’endroit où laisser les clés. Impossible d’obtenir de réponse au téléphone. Nous avons donc verrouillé le camion et laissé les clés à l’intérieur, faute d’instructions. Résultat : l’entreprise n’avait pas de double et un remorqueur a dû être appelé le lendemain pour déverrouiller le camion, ce qui a ajouté près de 100 $ de frais à la facture. Je recommande quand même le service pour la simplicité de réservation et la qualité du camion. Par contre, il serait vraiment important d’améliorer les instructions de retour et la procédure lorsque le comptoir est fermé afin d’éviter des frais inutiles aux clients.
