The trailer did not have a stand, so had to use a jack to attach to vehicle complicating our process greatly. Staff were pleasant and assistance by phone was well done. Parking very tight and difficult both to pickup and drop off trailer. Overall positive experience but need to improve on ensuring trailers are supported and easier to install and ideally would like on-site assistance.

This place was terribly sketchy. Owner was complaining about his workers. He charged me a bizarre fee of $1.95 per extra kilometer and didn't show me on my receipt. Felt like I was robbed. Terrible experience. I'm expecting a refund of my deposit of $100 min us the extra 47 km. I feel like this place is taking advantage of their U-Haul collaboration.
