HEATHER MU-Haul should stock the location with moving blankets and other moving needs. My reservation was moved to this location and when I specifically asked about the blankets I was assured the moving blankets I had reserved would be there with the truck. When we got there I was informed that U-Haul had never stocked this location with blankets or any other moving supplies. The lack of moving blankets really affected the protection of my furniture for this out of state move. If moving blankets were reserved my reservation should have been moved to a location that could provide them, or the blankets should have been delivered to this location so they would be there as U-Haul committed to.
