I took an Uber about an hour away to get to this location. I got there after 11am and there was a sign that said they'll be back in 30 minutes. Waited for almost an hour outside for their return. The owner was pleasant once he showed up and everything looked good. There was only ONE truck of the size we wanted so it's not like we had options if we didn't like the first one. This truck was rented for an 1,800 mile journey. Discounts were offered to pick the truck up at a further out location, and the dolly at another location in the opposite direction. Where we picked the dolly up had the option of trucks, more than one. Once we got to the hills just before Payson, Arizona, the truck started vibrating out of control when we were braking downhill. We had a long distance to go, and it was really scary that this truck was not maintained and possibly needed rotors. I have videos of the truck vibrating almost out of control every time we were going downhill and using the brakes. We had so many hills once we got to Colorado, it was a very scary experience. On flat roads everything was good. But on hills, there were out of control tremors.
