The person who assisted us was extremely unprofessional and came across as though they didn’t want to be there. He was short, dismissive, and made the entire interaction uncomfortable. It was a very disappointing customer service experience. Unfortunately, due to time constraints and this being the only nearby location that offered the car transportation carrier we needed, we had no other option. We were already dealing with a lot that day, and this added unnecessary stress. I strongly recommend addressing the quality of customer service at this location so future customers aren’t met with the same treatment.
