OLGA MTheir parking area is very tight must be a popular rental location lots of trucks and trailers. . Ground conditions aren’t great either. Personnel don’t know was an after hours drop off.
CARL AThe app is very difficult to navigate, multiple tabs take you to the same information. Once it gave me the code for the lockbox it disappeared and I had no way to go back and view it, I had to call customer service twice to be given my code again, these delays cut into my rental time. The truck was clean and no issues with the rental itself.
