Scrappy's is our #1 place for Uhaul rentals, but you have to have breakfast or lunch there as well. Only eatery and gas station I would eat out at. Beyond 5 stars.
YVONNE EScrappy"s employees were very helpful and friendly I've never rented or driven a car carrier before. He informed me of all aspects of the equipment. I would recommend them to anyone in the Forest City, N. C area.
TERRY SThe location is not the reason for this review as they were super nice people but the U-Haul service overall. I'm assuming that the safe move charges are U-Haul determined not Scrappys. I was not advised before hand that the charge would increase for each day. On line it was optional or it allowed me to remove and I didn't actually check out online. Also assuming safe move is "insurance" that price is as much as an entire month of insurance for two new cars and an older truck. I was ok with the $60 initially charged but increased to $135 is not reasonable.
PAMELA HYour app needs work, would not accept credit card info, called to resolve issue had to basically redo all reservation info over phone. Waste of my time.
