Required trailer was on the lot days prior to pick up day. I wanted a 9 am pick up, but was told that I could not pick the trailer it up until noon. When I arrived at noon the person required to check me out was not there. After some help from the on-site handyman and phone calls with the owner I finally drove off with the trailer around 1:30.
James SOffice smelled like mold and cigarettes, no one was around and after 30 minutes finally got someone to call me back and he said just leave the keys on the desk and I was called later by uhaul asking why I haven't returned my truck yet because he hadn't checked it in yet 2 hours later
