Main complaint is with the app and a lack of follow thru with a precall. Registering on site rather than in advance was stressful, took an hour to register on site with the poor data in that location and the app not accepting my log in information. App crashed during drop off too and i wasn’t able to complete my drop off data input because of it - rental disappeared on my account temporarily.
