Monte TExcellent customer service and truck rental. We got there at the same time as four other customers. The U-Haul representative was quick and professional. The two customers in front of me both had minor issues with their rental paperwork and technology. The representative handled both with patience and professionalism. I had no problems with my rental and was impressed that the representative noticed I had requested a hand cart with a 10’ truck that didn’t have a ramp. He wanted to make sure that I was aware of that before I paid. I still wanted it that way but appreciated that he was keeping my best interests in mind. The process was very pleasant and I will be using this facility for my rentals in the future.
