Don't change the drop off location after signing the contract. I was not allowed the original convenient drop off location (3 miles) and was limited to choosing three other locations. I had to drive additional 12 miles, which put me over the contract miles.

Ademir NOnly 2 reps available...printer went down also. They both worked quickly with each customer but the wait was about 30 min. I had UHaul recommended movers that I had paid for and we were late getting back to them to get started. Have more reps when it is the weekend or busier times. Truck was clean and we had no problems with the vehicle.
