One issue we had was there was very little gas left when we picked up the truck but that wasn’t the fault of Storage King. The app also kept crashing and glitching when trying to check in but again, not the fault of Storage King. The customer service over the phone the day before with storage king was awesome!! Thank you for all your help to answer my questions, the man who works at Storage King was so friendly and helpful. He checked around for me when I needed moving blankets, and I greatly appreciated that!

Phillip COnline availability was different than what the representative told me over the phone so I would say online was showing the U-Haul truck available with the trailer in a specific location while on the phone. The representative said it’s not available so if you can keep the availability accurate online that would be great as this impact the cost they provide the cost initially $246 and then charged to $268.
