U-Haul charges 19.95 for a day(24hrs). But I was charged 19.95 + 20 = 40cad for 5hrs. Picked up rental at 6pm returned at 10.30pm same day and got additional charged 20cad + Tax due to returning after service hours.

Tikvah MI was charged an after hours fee. I dropped the vehicle off at 4pm. I had the van for two hours and was charged $80. I drove the van approx. 15km and refueled it. I’ve never been charged an after hours fee. Ridiculous and shady pricing. I’ll just get a Home Depot van next time.
Jason TReserved van for 10am got to location and it wasn’t open until 11am and then was told van need to be back at 2pm as it was reserved for 4 hours. Only was able to use van for 3 hours as a result.
