My truck was missing all of the additional equipment I rented and paid for, when I went to another location to pick up the missed equipment I was declined and treated with great disrespect.

No one was there. Had hard time find the drop location. On the not so good side of ft wayne
Jack MI dropped off after hours, so I did not get to interact with staff. But as long as you read the after hours drop off information, the process is very smooth and easy. I was unaware of this location in the past and would definitely use them again next time I rent.
