Stop assigning customers to return to an unmanned deserted warehouse. Allow returns to an actual live rental location. Uhaul assigned me to this location and I literally drove right past a full service UHaul location to get there. This rental from beginning to end was the worst experience I have ever had with UHaul.

1: The rep, whom could’ve advised & suggested me to a manned U-Haul. I’m a trucker from out of town that was picking things up from a company in town. It wasn’t told that it was unmanned on a Saturday. 2: The app’s map location pinned was in the wrong place. About 1,534 feet walk into an industrial park, in the middle of a lot, where semis drive. Thank goodness it was a Saturday. Wasn’t much busy. Because when up front, inside actual location, is had a GeoLocation error. Though, being a trucker, (figured pinned location was in the wrong spot from this experience from tracking apps), after listening to the rep guy, Saturday, help troubleshoot, I told him I think I knew the problem. I had to be near that pinned location.Bingo. Being I was dropped in an Uber, I had to stand there. It was close to freezing & had to stand in middle of the concrete lot to finish reservation process. 3: No good can cleaning nor oil change (later learned) was done for assigned truck.
ROBERT PThe lack of personnel was an issue. The app would not work at 1st. Placed info multiple times, only to revert to previous screen. Difficulties uploading license, photo of truck number etc.
Phillip MI had to move to a 2nd location although I ordered well in advance because the first location didn't have a truck, then I get to the 2nd location and they don't have a dolly which I requested. The people were really nice. The experience lacked a little.
Sheila BMy truck was missing all of the additional equipment I rented and paid for, when I went to another location to pick up the missed equipment I was declined and treated with great disrespect.
