Hollace C.The app for 24/7 pickup was not working. I spent 40 mins on the phone trying to pick up the truck. Apparently there were a lot of issues with the app and website. My truck didn't have the equipment in it that I payed for. I couldn't turn the truck in with the app or website either. Truck itself was fine. The girl that helped me pick up the truck was more than helpful. Just more of an inconvenience than anything.
