I was supposed to pick up the Uhaul truck in Castle Rock and was informed to pick it up in Franktown, this was an extra 10-15 miles. I was told that i would be credited some mileage due to picking it up in a different town, but was given no credit. Other than that the experience was great.

The one thing I did _not_ like was that there was a extra dolly and moving blankets that we did not order/request taking up space that was needed for boxes. Otherwise it would have been 5 stars.
Shari SImprove the pickup experience. I had to wait 25 minutes after arriving which ruined my experience, with little help at the location since all the services online were held up.
ROBERT NFranktown is a very small town. It’s 20 to 30 minutes from anything so it’s not very convenient.
Jonathan BFix your website. Rental options limited by towing vehicle with no explanation. Even after changing my equipment, the retailer had issues providing me a contract and was forced to resubmit a reservation. This eats into my time.
