forged my signature, to charge me an extra day, insane and absolutely fraud. oh and they tried to charge me for gas that I put in it. Total scum bags and regiment criminals. If I had the time I would kick their ass in small claims court.

I was supposed to pick up the Uhaul truck in Castle Rock and was informed to pick it up in Franktown, this was an extra 10-15 miles. I was told that i would be credited some mileage due to picking it up in a different town, but was given no credit. Other than that the experience was great.
David FThe one thing I did _not_ like was that there was a extra dolly and moving blankets that we did not order/request taking up space that was needed for boxes. Otherwise it would have been 5 stars.
Shari SImprove the pickup experience. I had to wait 25 minutes after arriving which ruined my experience, with little help at the location since all the services online were held up.
ROBERT NFranktown is a very small town. It’s 20 to 30 minutes from anything so it’s not very convenient.
