The man smoking pot because we smelled it on his breath when he came out I think their license should be pulled from that location. He tried to give us a 15 foot truck and he couldn’t even get it unlocked and they gave us a 20 foot truck and said they would charge us for a 15 foot when we got back he said he was gonna charge us for a 10 foot truck. We will never rent from that location again.
GEORGE FFriendly service. Person did a personal walk around and cleared the snow and debris from it before handing us the key. Nasty weather did not slow them down. Good guy!

Geoffrey DLanguage barrier, the trucks engine light was on and had a wobble while driving. Waited for someone to come to the counter to drop off keys and discuss issues and no one came. Had to eventually drop the keys in the drop box. If you are in a absolute pinch then I guess it will get you by.
