Manager of this location was awesome! Knowing I had a long distance one-way rental, he went out to ensure the truck was one of his newer ones...only 2500 miles on it so yeah...very new! Super nice and very helpful...can't speak highly enough about them...thank you!!

I was charged some overnight charge and I called the office from where I picked up the uhaul and I havenot gotten a call back. I need an explanation about this charge and a reimbursement for this charge.
