This location messaged me very inappropriately and rudely, please see text message I've received below. "i'm not able to extend the 9956 rental as i have people that have reserved it already. i will need that truck back before noon. if the other truck is from a different location, you will need to contact them to ask if they have it available for the time period you need it. i absolutely need mine back within 2 hours"
