Becky PU-Haul told me to pick up at a certain location at my reservation time. I showed up and the vehicle wasn’t in stock. They told me they don’t ever have 20’ length trucks. They sent me to another store then got called to go to another store. Get your ish together U-Haul.

Sonia KNo issues with truck. Was clean, ready to go when I picked up. For me it was difficult using the mobile app to pick up & return. Customer service was excellent…. remained on phone until everything was completed.
