The size trailer I reserved was not available and U-haul provided larger trailer for price of original rental.

There was empty water bottle behind seat I hadn't noticed until I dropped it off. Self-service was really irritating, slow, and confusing. Couldn't find key for a few minutes.

We arrived early at the facility and was able to get the truck prior to the shop opening and get back on the road. Thank you Guardian.

Nothing - easy process, knowledgeable, pleasant owner and close proximity. All great! Many thanks -

The location was good and convenient my issue came with the booking process. I am not sure if I missed it or I was not made aware of during the booking process that intown rentals were to be brought back to the location the rental was picked up at. During the booking process I was left with the option of keeping the drop off location optional therefore.

One of the tires were a little bald but that's about it other than that great truck

Truck was pretty dirty in cab but it's a moving truck and not a luxury vehicle but could have used a wet rag to clean some dirt.

Having to return the truck into the spot I picked it up from involved having to back the truck into a very narrow spot. It was raining and dark. This was extremely inconvenient and fairly difficult.

Patrick Mahoney and Brad Richards did a fantastic job helping me get into a storage unit at the Foxboro, MA location, and taking in the U-Haul truck. I used the Franklin, MA Guardian facility before in 2014-16 and I can tell you Mr. Al Butler is a super manager. I would have gone back to him this move, but my job situation was closer to the Foxboro site. I want to say also that David Fuhrman is absolutely the best I've seen ever with his attentiveness and customer service skills. I'm in retail and do know good customer sills when I see it, and David is a 10 on a 1 to 10! Al Butler is super intelligent and a great man. He trained Brad Richards and it shows in a positive way. Thank you U-Haul again for these great people at Guardian. Christine Sharry

Rear rolling door was difficult to close. It may have been the ball bearings in the rollers needed grease. It took three people to close it. The ramp was also the same.
