I was told no reservation is guaranteed. I actually made a reservation, then was contacted about a free upgrade. When I went to pick up the truck I was told they didn't have the truck and didn't understand why they told me there was a truck when no one had one. I had to call around on my own and then because my timeline was now affected I had to settle on a smaller truck. Actually had an employee tell me UHaul has become a shitshow, their words not mine. After also making a reservation for a car hauler once again I was told they are not available in the area. I had to downgrade to a car dolly. When I went to pick it up I was told they could not help me put the car on the dolly because of liability if anything happens. All I ask is that corporate please get independent dealers the right equipment and proper help with hookups.
