Fix the engine when restarting after running for an hour. It revved up extremely high and lurched ahead in Drive even with the Brakes on hard, it would not stop completely and nearly hit a vehicle with mother and baby. After shutting off for a minute, it started in its normal fashion. Very scary and worrisome.

ROBERT BI have rented Uhaul trailers 5 or 6 times. Two of them had women (this was the 2nd one) who handled the check in and hook up - both of these experiences were excellent. The ones where men handled it ranged from incompetent to underwhelming (they didn’t hook it up correctly, didn’t check tail/brake lights).
