Self service isn’t self service if I have to go find someone for the keys for the vehicle that is parked all the way at the back of the lot. Then when the app and online service were messing up this morning during the checkin process and return process I was told that is was my fault and I had to take that responsibility since I decided to do it online. Then when we I was visibly upset and decided to just leave the 2 owners of the establishment and also a gentleman that actually worked for uhaul decided that would be the time to chuckle and make jokes. Would not refer this location ever!
SAMUEL TThe man at the facility was extremely nice. I was late picking it up and he had no concerns. I would recommend this location to all. I only wish it wasn’t so expensive to rent the trucks. But everything work efficiently and the drop off was very easy.
