The entrance is a little bit tricky for larger trucks I can imagine but the staff was so friendly and helpful it certainly made it worthwhile! Nothing actually wrong, very happy to use again.

They re wrote my contract without my knowledge. Changed my drop off location. Changed my return date to one day sooner, and proceeded to charge me with 3 extra days.
Sara LThe building was closed and locked up there was no one working. I waited one hour after opening from 9 AM till 10 AM before finally calling the one 800 number on U-Haul and asking what I should do and how I should drop off a trailer in the end, I was directed to take pictures of the trailer drop off end of the business end of the inside of the trailer to show it was . It appeared that this business was more interested in their landscaping work than actually being a U-Haul dealer I would recommend investigating them and pulling their license or at least re-educating them on the minimum services that is required to be a representative of U-Haul.
