no where to park, no attendant without looking. I double checked everything and took photos. no issues once i parked it.

This drop-off location is located inside an auto maintenance paint shop. So beware of that but the associate was friendly.

MELVIN MI did NOT choose SafeMove when I reserved the van online. When I received the initial receipt it showed a $15 charge for Safe Move. I clicked the link from the email I received, and sent an email to the location to remove the $15 Safe Move fee because I did NOT choose it when I reserved the van. No one responded to me, and they did not remove the $15 fee! Yesterday I received my final bill and the $15 safe move fee is still on my invoice! When I picked up the van the woman at the location must have selected safe move and added it to my bill, but I did not select it when I reserved the van and I did not want to pay $15 for safe move. A credit of $15 needs to be applied to my credit card.
