The person I received the u-haul from was late Then he was rude asking why I was early and not on time Like I was a inconvenience to him If anyone asked I would tell them to go anywhere but there for their u-haul needs

JUNE MThis trailer was given to me and not working. I could not haul it back and he also gave me the wrong one!!! I refuse to pay for this. He was late for pick up which made me late for what I needed the trailer for. Location was in very poor condition. Not organized. Didn’t even know how to check me out properly. I even told him the drop off location. He gave me the price!! I sent the location to his phone. We discussed drop off differently. This location needs to be checked on how they do things. Because it’s not properly. I had fuses blow in my car when I hooked up and didn’t know till I was pulled over by state police for no running lights. This overall was a disgusting and poor experience. I refuse to pay this and wouldn’t recommend this location if it was the last one in the state
