Was sent to 2 different locations for help with a tow dolly … I was lied to twice then told to go to a 3rd location and when I asked them to send someone because I had been lied to twice… they hung up on me …. Customer service by the woman who was the last to talk to me was a waste of a paycheck by your company…. Better suited to clean bathrooms than represent your company…..

Maybe replace the chain link fence, but otherwise, it was a very pleasant experience with professional and excellent customer service, with the explanation of the charges and details. Would definitely recommend in Gadsden.

timthony H.I had to reserve at another location on the day of my pickup because the truck i needed wasn't available at one location. When i arrived to pick up the truck, they werent open at the time i was to pick up, i will not use the Greyhound location at Meigan blvd ever again, but the Covenant Tire location was absolutely fantastic. I spoke with the guy on the phone, confirmed he had the truck, and when I arrived he already had my info pulled up, i was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Best service ive had with Uhaul in years. Highly recommend this location
