The owners of this location were extremely helpful and kind!! This is definitely my go-to Uhaul location in the future.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkOlder man who owns the place I assume was absolutely awful. Smart remarks- unable AND unwilling to help someone remove the trailer from the vehicle and no staff to help. I had hurt myself loading thousands of plants in and out within 24 hours and driving from Georgia to Florida and back to Georgia with the uhaul full of boxes of plants and as a handicapped young-adult- I had to literally remove the trailer myself. He threw the hitch on the ground and told me to go, after it was off. Extremely rude- doesn’t need to have a uhaul shop if he can’t do the Manual labor that comes with it. AWFUL experience and I would rather pay an extra 60 dollars than to see Him ever again. I will NOT return to him or this location! Just because someone is young doesn’t mean they’re fully able. I have a spinal chord stimulator that allows me to walk and function and NOT attach and detach trailers- the assumption that I was fine was ugly and rude and not appreciated as I suffer from back pain daily AND had told him I pulled my back muscle doing what I did over my trip. Worst experience ever.
