RICHARD RSo glad that the trailer was available since U-haul keeps removing their trailers. I always use the 6X12 and 5X8. Please keep these at this location as they had other customers needing them and they were not available
AIMEE HThe staff there have always been nice and helpful when I have used them. This was my third time there and always a smooth transition.
JIMMY CWhen a payment is going to be taken from a customer for damages to the rental, it would be nice for the customer to know when the payment is being taken and what the amount is going to be. It would also be a good idea to provide an invoice so the customer knows exactly what they are paying over $700 for!!! I expected I would have to pay, I did not expect for the payment to just be taken from my account at whatever amount without knowing what the amount would be.
