I called to say I would arrive at noon instead of 7:30AM and the person at the pick-up location changed my reservation to noon which was awesome. When I picked up the truck, it was raining but they came out in the rain and showed me everything I needed to know about using the truck, were very helpful and friendly.

I usually find that I can count on Uhaul to do a competent and thorough job but not this time. We went over the contract (mileage etc) as needed but when it came time to inspect the vehicle for dents and dings, this part of the process was left out and given Murphy's Law, later on during my use of the truck I did find a big ding in the driver's side door. Fortunately we got this resolved without much ado. I will merely ask that your people would be more thorough in the future. Thank you

i have my reservation made for the uhaul Your master order number is: 87015249 location at snofer school gaithersburg md this is the 2end or 3er time the same thing happen to me at that location _ 1st time it was fue mounth back they tine me up withe time when i went to pick up tow dolly at the stor that i have reservation for they told me that they have customer taking the seme dolly in feu hours i didn't mind caus i weren't going to faar .and i got charcherd for all day . 2 -Time i have my reservation for a day cause im going way to far frome my home then when i went to pick up my reservation at the same location 10am 5/15/16 the lady told me that i have to bring the tow trailler befor 3 pm 5/15/16 the same day cause the have reservation for anothe customer at 4.30 pm witches thats not my problem . im not happy withe stor 0%customer service emp Waisting my time going form place to another place looking for tow places thank god i went to your ***Beach craft gaithersburg md Location and the guy was so helpful he eving connect all the equipment and lights to make sure i was safe to tow a car thank you Mr Dayo

The weather strip on the driver's door was damaged. The 10' truck only had 55k miles on it. The wind noise at highway speeds was horrible! I only used it for a 1-hour trip, but anyone moving long distances would be very annoyed. Please "maintain" your fleet, not "repair". Be proactive, not reactive. Sweat the small stuff- It shows.

It is not their fault but I had to drive ten miles to pick up the truck and was charged over 129 per mile. We are a non profit tax exempt veterans organization. We have submitted our documents numerous times and should be getting discounts on mileage and taxes. National Association of Concerned Veterans (NACV) Cecil Byrd, Executive Director 202 680-3142 www.nacv1.org The mileage alone there and back was over 20 miles and I secured with card but tried to pay with cash and they could not do that. this increased my bill over 30 dollars needlessly. This location was very good. I originally made a reservation elsewhere and when I called to make sure they had a motorcycle trailer the guy said no and was not helpful in finding a place that had one. Luckily the national number got someone helpful who found this location.

I did not like this location because I had requested and was approved for a different location and a 10 foot truck. When I called the approved location to ask a question, I was told I could only have a much larger vehicle. I was also told that if I wanted a 10 ft truck I had to go to the new location. Going to the new location added 15 miles ($15) to my total trip. I was also very uncomfortable driving a much larger vehicle even if the cost would be the same as the smaller vehicle. I took the vehicle at the alternate location because today was the only day my helper and I could take off from work. I would like to have the additional mileage refunded due to the inconvenience. Hi :) We had a snafu. We missed the email which changed locations. We received a half dozen confirmations and did not notice the very last which CHANGED our location halfway down the second page. There was nothing in the subject line which suggest there was a last minute change of location. It said only "Your Order". Two pages down in the email there was address change not mentioned anywhere in the first page or on the subject line. As a consequence we went to the wrong location, ended up confused, missed another pickup and had a rough evening. We were on a very tight moving schedule and it really messed us up completely. Our recommendations - if you absolutely have to change a location at the last minute - put the location change the subject line. Big LETTERS. Not 2 pages down. - if a client gets upset over ANYTHING for ANY reason.. don't hang up on them! That is a level unprofessional way, way below any corporation - Consider a call to the client about a last minute location change. - be honest with a client about whether you can make an accommodation for a snafu. Now we know that last minute changes are unpredictable and such changes may be in your spam box or at the bottom of an email. Communicating a location change in the SUBJECT line and not hanging up on a upset customer are business 101 no matter what your business model is. We are disappointed in U-Haul. We know you can do better and have for years.

I received an email stating that I rented a truck from Beechcraft uhaul which I never did.This contract had all my information and the renter signed as though he was me.This is a very serious breach and when I called to get this matter corrected,your reps.were unapologetic.The contract #84791845.This is not something I am going to take lightly.

There was no one to help the individual running the property. So, we had to walk back two miles instead of getting a ride back.
