The customer service representative was awesome. I took this truck from the original location of pick up to my home straight to my new home but the U-Haul representative from the pick up could not tell me where my drop off location was and I got charged for fuel because there was an overage. I don’t know how someone would get charged when the representative could not even tell them where they were going to drop the truck off. I don’t think that is right or fair at all. U-Haul obviously did not give me enough miles to make it from my place of pick up to my drop off destination.

I had to drive an hour to pick up a truck because the original place closed but Cafe Vapes was awesome!

JAMES HCustomer service was great. Very friendly and helpful. Uhaul computer system had problems causing issues. We were sent to one uhaul location to pickup a trailer and there was no trailer. Uhaul called to apologize and found us another location to pickup a trailer that was a little bit out of the way. It took more time getting the trailer because the computer system was still having issues. The trailer was not the cleanest and one of the tires should have been replaced before using it.
