Make sure the drop-off location is correct and right on Google. Personnel should be able to make corrections to a bill. It took me about an hour with customer service to correct my bill over the phone. I had to take the truck out at the drop-off location to put additional gas in because I was told by the pick-up to return with a 1/2 tank instead of between 5/8 and 3/4 of a tank.

From the moment I walked through the door, it was evident that the staff's behavior was far from welcoming. Their rude, condescending, and arrogant attitudes overshadowed any positive aspects the establishment might have had. The staff members demonstrated a complete lack of respect and professionalism, making it difficult for me to feel comfortable as a customer. Instead of offering assistance or guidance, they seemed more interested in belittling and demeaning customers. Their condescending tone and dismissive gestures left me feeling like an inconvenience rather than a valued patron. One of the most frustrating aspects was their refusal to provide adequate information or answer simple questions. Instead of patiently addressing my concerns, they responded with sarcasm and thinly veiled insults. It was disheartening to be met with such disdain and arrogance when all I wanted was a basic understanding of their products or services. As a consumer, I believe it is essential to be treated with respect and courtesy when visiting any business. Unfortunately, my experience at this particular establishment was a stark contrast to this principle. The rude, condescending, and arrogant behavior displayed by the staff left me with an overwhelmingly negative impression of the business. In conclusion, I cannot recommend this establishment due to the consistently poor treatment I experienced. The staff's rude, condescending, and arrogant attitudes detracted from any potential positive aspects the business may have had. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and professionalism, and unfortunately, this business failed to meet even the most basic standards of customer service.
