You could lubricate the ratchet for the tie down at the from of the trailer for cars. The trailer I had, these ratchets were almost so rusty that I had a hard time getting them to loosen and tighten up

I am kind of disappointed in how heavy the trailer was without any easy way to mount the trailer to my hitch. I feel horrible for the employee who told me he lifts the trailer every day! Surely your engineering team could make a way to jack the trailer a little easier. I understand that sometimes the jack get broken off, but vehicles have "breakaway" mirrors, surely they could design something like that! I would hate for someone to drop a trailer on their toe or hurt their back lifting the trailers! Also, the trailer was damaged before my visit on the wheel fender... I like to rent quality equipment as it is a representation of who I am... That made me look like a driver who cant drive... I was disappointed with that....
