There was no WiFi the attendant couldn’t speak English I would never recommend the location to anyone. There were people having the same issues it put me behind in my move I had to pay additional money that I didn’t have U-Haul should shut down that location…

Vantaun H1. Use the rental sites that were closer and requested in the app, not a 3rd party convenience store 2. Have the equipment I rented in the truck as they were supposed to be. 3. Solve the problem efficiently through customer service 4. Clean the truck. Fortunately, Norris at the U-Haul location at Cobb/I-285 solved the problem, provided the missing equipment, and cleaned the truck. People like Norris will bring you more satisfied customers
