The truck I was renting had 4-5” of snow on it when I got there. The back door was frozen shut and the parking lot area was a sheet of ice. Major liability if I or someone had fallen. Very disappointing experience.

Snow all over front of cab, luckily had a snow brush. Also driveway to trucks not plowed and had to walk through a ton of snow. Should be cleaned for buyers. Area had poor internet and couldn't load some photos.
Michael SLet customers know that pick up required about 15-20 mins to take pictures.
