Maybe make that the driver has the registration of the truck

This was a new location in Masson Angers on the 148 HWY, when we picked up the truck it was just above 1/4 tank of gas when my husband checked it, we were charged 30 extra dollars for bringing it back with gas just under a half tank (so more gas than when we picked up) there was an error when the lady transcribed the info from out handwritten sheet into the computer. The manager was asked to wait until the next day to check the original paper but he did not and went ahead and charged my credit card an additional 36.00. This is absolutely FRAUD and VERY DISHONEST oh the company! I will never use uhaul again.

Returned the truck on a holiday Monday. Left the key in the drop box. I was nervous doing so, so I called the 1-866 number to let them know that it had indeed been returned. I followed up the following day, and the uhall office ensured with the location dropoff that it was received and called me back to confirm that everything was in good order and that the contract had now been closed. All in all, I had a very good experience (with the help of the head office).

Scheduling was a problem. Uhaul changed times and pickup locations multiple times. And even when I went to pick up the truck the woman had no idea what she was doing and wasted everyone's time.

Je me suis présentée à l'adresse et à l'heure convenus dans ma confirmation de réservation reçu la veille, mais le commerce était fermé et impossible de rejoindre qui que ce soit (numéro dans le contrat et celui du commerce). J'ai appelé au service à la clientèle U-Haul, attendu 20 min avant d'avoir la ligne pour me faire mettre en attente et que la ligne coupe après 5 minutes. J'ai dû rappeler à nouveau, attendre 20 min avant d'avoir la ligne, décrire le problème à nouveau. On m'a alors avisée que le gérant de territoire allait arriver dans 20 min pour m'aider. C'est 45 minutes plus tard qu'Yves s'est présenté, mais nous a offert un très bon service selon les circonstances. J'ai donc, après plusieurs appels, eu le camion avec 2 heures de retard, inutile de vous dire à quel point cela a retardé mon déménagement qui devait se faire avant midi .... Bref, très mauvaise expérience, très déçue. Le seul point positif, c'est le gérant de territoire qui a été courtois et accomodant.
