It was difficult to get assistance for trailer functioning. I had to walk in several times to the office to get the attention for someone to help me. Also there were no pads available for me to get with the trailer. At least I was able to get a dolly free of charge, since the one requested on the app was not included.

ALYCIA LH&H Towing was great and helped us immensely in getting in the road quickly. The equipment we had reserved was different from the equipment promised over the phone and yet different from what was available on site. U-Haul should be able to do better than that.
