The facility was not paved, well lit, or orderly. Completely unclear where customers should park, the office was a hangout spot, and I made sure to be back before dark because I did not want to navigate the place without light. The truck was clean -- but the windshield visor on the driver's side was completely broken and made it unusable. This made a stressful, difficult drive all the more so, with the blinding sun. The person who rented the truck assured me that the low tire light was just a malfunction, but that was a terrible way to have to drive, always worrying that it was in fact a low tire. Very stressful. I paid for a pkg of 10 blankets and they were not in the truck. I had to go back and ask for them and the person just had six -- which he graciously carried to the truck for me.
