The office was closed when I picked up and returned the truck, but the system of checking out and checking in using the U Haul phone app was very easy.

PAUL RNot charge hidden fees and then say you don’t know what it’s from and to call corporate.
Terese SI went two miles literally and was charged $8 for gas. I have never seen a gauge move for two miles. Pretty much a jip. Likely a regular practice to make money. Irritated me but the vehicle did it's job:
