We had a good experience with this rental location. The truck was in good condition and the pickup and dropoff process was smooth. Nothing eventful to report, which is just how I like it.

Check in procedure could have been handled better. The employee disagreed with me about the amount of gasoline I was to have replenished. He insisted I should have returned the truck full of gas despite the contract Showing otherwise. I also had photos of the gas guage, gas receipts and mileage reports showing otherwise. Fortunately the agent who rented me the vehicle was onsite and was able to correct the employee. Otherwise it was great equipment, quick rental and perfect for my needs. I would rent again, and as always document everything.
