Truck was in poor condition, odometer over 135,000 miles. Engine light was on and there was significant disturbing vibration of steering wheel, making it very difficult to drive. Fortunately, I only needed a very short distance rental. This truck would have been unacceptable for a longer distance trip. Note that I did not have any contact with K&K; rental was done solely via the U-Haul app. Returned the truck well ahead of scheduled time, checked in on the app and placed key in drop box. However, the check-in process on the U-Haul app was difficult and confusing. When I later checked the app for status, it showed return was overdue. I had to call and get this resolved by a company representative. This complaint is strictly regarding condition of the truck, as well as the U-Haul app, and not a refllection of the service provided by K&K Auto Detailing.
