JAMES DThe front end needed alignment so bad that when going straight down the road the wheel was vertical instead of being horizontal. It pulled so bad that my arms are still hurting from driving it

HOWARD SThe location was fine I guess. Uhaul as a business just sucks and we'll definitely not be using them again, nor recommending them to anyone. The truck seemed to be having engine/transmission issues as well, so I cant say it was especially well maintained.
