The 'would you recommend.....' question is a bad question. I am not going to tell my family and friends that if they ever need a U-Haul, go to KK. I'm not going to add recommendations for any product/or service unless asked. To make the question valid, add "If asked, would you recommend.....'

James LI have rented many times over the last couple of years and this truck was in the worst condition of anything I drove. It shook when you applied the brakes, the low tire light would not go out even after we filled the low tire and there was a check engine light on. The customer service was excellent as always but the truck was in need of some major work.
