The first location didn't have the car hauler but was very accommodating and found me one not too far away. However the strap for the front passenger side where you ratchet it was very badly fraid more then half thee width and was very worried so made many stops to keep an eye on it.
Jeremy dTighten the bolts holding the hitch so there's no rattling and adjust the hitch properly for a 2" ball. There is too much play.
Hilly NRental drop off was Golden Mile Road Lindsay NOT Ottawa. It was a one way rental!!!
