amanda oEasy pick up experience at this location. Truck: Headlight was not bright and flickered while in motion. Engine kept dropping a gear and revved high for short periods of time - very loud.

ahmad aSelf checkout was handy but i had to clean the truck beforz use ad there was alot of dirt from mud. I was unable to switch truckd as the location was closed. Very disappointing
STEVE BThe location was not as convenient compared to previous booked location. UHAUL made a change to the location prior to my arrival, which was fine. I had enough notice, but it was out of the way from where I would have liked to pick up the vehicle. The equipment was not clean on the floor, but it was fine. The quote was in miles (408 miles included with the rental). Then, on the final invoice, it was changed to 408 km. So I received an overcharge for miles over the 408 km. I am requesting refund of the overage, since my initial booking indicated 408 miles, which originally showed a conversion on the screen as 656 kilometers. However, when I look in the system now, you have everything now showing in km and you have reduced the amount allowed to 408 km, instead of miles. Not too happy about this change and not notifying me.
MICHAEL OThe guy who help us the first time in sparwood, BC was not experienced enough, it took us an hour and fifteen minutes to fill up the form, and he put Calgary as the replication, instead of Ottawa, But the second time we visit we dealt with Justice, very professional and helpful. I was in and out at the shop. Thank you justice for your help( sparwood, BC)

YONGKANG BNo ideas for improvement. Was an hour late to pick up my cargo van, but still last one was reserved for me. Service was quick and efficient.
STEPHEN MTruck was not swept out when we picked it up. Staff was helpful but could have passed a broom over the back. Even if we never put anything in the back of the truck, WE would have been charged a cleaning fee from the past customer.
JODY DIt would be better to invest more in utility or furniture dollies. Many of us are still renting, and there aren’t enough dollies available.

EDWARD KThe online/after hours check in process on the app was very poor, the app kept giving errors when attempting to login and when checking in there were also multiple error messages that the page was not available. At one step it asked to scan a barcode at the location to get information on which lockbox you need to use and the code for the lockbox, I searched everywhere at the shop and around the lockboxes and there is no barcode to be found and no signage/information was provided.

When I dropped off the vehicle, he was still there so I closed with him too. And he was the same - great mood and funny. I enjoyed this experience.

GORDON DMy experience was vastly mixed: The gentleman that helped me at 1515 merivale on the day of pick up was 10/10 with excellent customer service. As for the rest: I booked my u-haul 8 ft van a month in advance for an 8a.m. app pick up. Then 2 days prior to pick up i get a call offering an upgrade to a 10ft cube truck with a discounted mileage rate if I switch to 36 Bentley as its a new pick up location and they kept the pick up time 8 am. Great I take it. Show up to 36 Bentley, app won't let me pick it up, support tells me I can't app pick up trucks, the building doesn't open until 11am. Absolutely wasted my time. Thankfully the phone support person was also nice and was able to get me a different rental at 1515 merivale but there were suddenly no vans left.
KODY CAgent was well experienced, knowledgable, very helpful and courteous. Super organized and had us in and out of there in record time. Allowing us to pack up our trailer and go.

Alexander YThe service and easy ability to book online was great. We did order moving blankets and dollies which were not available and were only informed of this on the morning of the move. I could have had access to other dollies but I had declined them since I had rented some. I had not realized that it was only if available and I had assumed they would have them since we were moving on the 7th not the 1st. Other then that everything was great.
