It was easy to reserve online and picking up the vehicle was quick. The truck was in excellent condition. No issues at all.

A/C is broken, disaster for 500 miles drive under sun
Mikhail KAfter we picked up the truck we realized how dirty it was. The inside of the cab had rotting fruit and a Monster Energy can behind the seats. When we got to our storage to start loading we realized the truck bed was dirty and the mom's attic had something spilled all over it.
Sarah CThis location is convenient, its the major reason we go there. The vehicle we picked up had issues, best to speak with the driver Mitchel on those details. And, we have never had to pay a "reserved" amount when renting - we have been these past few rentals. Its ridiculus.

Anna BI had an awful experience! Where I booked the truck didn't offer the service anymore. I was just thankful I checked the day before, had to be on the phone for at least an hour to try and figure out where I could now find a truck at the last minute. Finally found one but it was 10' rather than 15' so we had to make more trips.

Scott RThe whole point of making a reservation is so that the item you want is available at a specific location. When we received the confirmation call the day before we were told we need to drive to the other side of town to pick up a trailer. Why accept a reservation when you do not guarantee that item will actually be available? This makes no sense.

Jeff SI went to pick up the truck I had booked It was not ready, and unfortunately, the person I was talking to was making excuses saying it wasn’t his fault which I never suggested it was but there was a failure on the tailgate so I could not have the truck The only truck I could get to meet my timeline was another 30 km away so I had to go get it and there was no compensation for travelling the extra distance we’re not getting my guarantee because it was not available So the overall experience was very disappointing
Chris TThere was a long wait time in the morning around 8am when i went in, it will be a good idea to have a second staff at the front desk to help reduce wait time. The front desk staff was friendly and polite.

Phil MFirst truck was inoperative and wreaked of cigarette smoke. Had to switch. Delayed start to my day. Only just found out that the truck I used didnt have working turn signals. Brake lights yes… turn signals no.
Matthew SI am contacting you regarding my recent U-Haul rental. I made a mistake and filled the gas tank to full, whereas I only needed to bring it back to the initial level. I paid $40 for the fuel, which far exceeds what I used for the mileage driven. I would like to request a partial refund for the extra gasoline left in the truck.

MOHD AThe first location didn't have the car hauler but was very accommodating and found me one not too far away. However the strap for the front passenger side where you ratchet it was very badly fraid more then half thee width and was very worried so made many stops to keep an eye on it.
Jeremy dTighten the bolts holding the hitch so there's no rattling and adjust the hitch properly for a 2" ball. There is too much play.
