I already mentioned being over charged and was charged anyways, there was a bunch of broken glass in the bed, the store was closed when I arrived during business hours and had no way of knowing how to retrieve the vehicle. Causing us to run late. I chose to not pay for insurance and was charged for it and I chose customer pick up, not mobile pick up and was forced to use it. What if I didn't have a smart phone on me. I will never use this U-Haul location again unless you reach out and fix this.
