Had to clean mud out of back and passenger floor so I wouldn't be charged. Biggest problem was online issues. Couldn't do tasks ordered of me. Kept dropping out. As many times as I've rented from uhaul if find it ridiculous to have to show rental agreement on my house when I own it, show passport etc.

HAROLD HThe CSR(customer service rep) either failed to mention or didn’t know about an additional charge. Caused a little confusion initially but we got it worked out. Other than that the CSR provided great service, polite, answered questions throughly, and made the rental process easy
