Diondrez CChecking for cleanliness. The truck was filthy on the inside, with several plastic bottles left behind the drivers seat. Checking in on the app was slow, and didn’t function properly. It took me an hour to pick up the truck. ( which included being on hold with customer service for almost 25 minutes). If I need U-Haul again, I definitely not do it remotely using the app.
