RICKI ZMobile check and experience was very bothersome, timely and difficult. Multiple uploads would not upload due to poor signal at this location. If there was a more straightforward way of checking in the day before, that would be very helpful or a personal phone call to make it quick quicker… I should’ve been able to upload my drivers license well in advance and I was not aware of how to do so. Overall, the vehicle was phenomenal and I would definitely rent again if the check-in process was easier
