The employee was very kind and helpful but there was only one truck available. The truck might have been used to transport cannabis harvest. It smelt very strong and all our stuff is smelling cannabis. We could not sleep in our house first night.

jose lTo be clear, this comment is about U-Haul again and NOT Direct Discount Appliances. They changed the location on me again. The original location is open to 7PM so that's the time I was working with. The location I ended up with closed at 5PM but the U-Haul person I was talking to said I could do a "self check-in" after 5. She sent a text message and an email with a link for the self check-in. When I got to the location around 6PM, BOTH self check-in links gave me "page not found" errors. I parked the truck next to another U-Haul truck and a trailer in front of the building but didn't see key drop box so I had to go back again this morning to give them the key (and found out the key drop box and where I should have parked the truck was in back of the building).
