Pop stealing money from people that rent your U-Hauls if they rent it for a certain time that's all they should be charged not at an extra day to your convenience I was not very happy with that would not recommend this U-Haul location

I was on a time crunch, the person at the location was nowhere to be found, and I was not the only person waiting for a uhaul. Seemed irritated that everyone was frustrated for waiting over half an hour for someone to hand out keys. And come to find out she was sitting in her car talking to someone in a car next to her. And a few days prior we had rented another vehicle from the same location and got charged twice. Never doing business with them again.

srancois mVery bad experience location had no agent i waited for 40 mins during my return . The sign on window said we will be back at 6pm but no front desk rep showed up. I had to drop the key in the metal Lock box and leave after calling customer service. Bad experience wont go here again. They need to respect peoples time. To mention I was charged late rental fee and fuel charge.
