This was the 5th rental in 6 months and the worst. No closer pick up. C/S rep who called to change location for pick up was unmotivated, unhelpful, matter-of-fact and hung up on me! I Had to call back and wait 45 mins for a closer pick up location. Actual rental had NO back right side break, turn signal light. When we dropped truck off, C/S rep said some repair wiring was done wrong and truck should NOT have been on the road. IF we had gotten a ticket I would NOT have been a happy camper.

Patrick CThe app wasn't working, and Karina was very kind—she arrived 30 minutes early to rent me the truck. I tried to rent it the day before, but the manager wouldn't open the door for me and came out very angry to tell me they were closed. Very poor service from this person. The only reason I'm renting there is because of Karina's service—I can rent the pickup truck at Home Depot. Thank you. J.
Juan MThe truck had multiple dents and significant bumper damage. The box was not even sweap out. The gas level listed on the receipt was over stated. There was only a 1/16 on the gauge which resulted in an additional charge. Still disputing !
