I set the U-Haul pick up for 6am the day before. The equipment was not ready when I got there so customer service told me I had to come in when they opened at 9am to pick up the truck. No apologies, no reason why it wasn’t set up the night before, nothing. I asked her why it wasn’t ready, she said that location just didn’t do it. Then when the location opened, they acted like there wasn’t a reservation for 6am. Unapologetic horrible service all the way around.

Brian KTruck had over 100K miles on it and it clearly showed. Suspension system was seriously worn out making every bump a wild up/down ride - probably a safety hazard too. Passenger side door did not close completely unless it was slammed shut from the outside
