Lemuel LI was on a time crunch, the person at the location was nowhere to be found, and I was not the only person waiting for a uhaul. Seemed irritated that everyone was frustrated for waiting over half an hour for someone to hand out keys. And come to find out she was sitting in her car talking to someone in a car next to her. And a few days prior we had rented another vehicle from the same location and got charged twice. Never doing business with them again.
