The location was about 30 minutes away from where it was supposed to be. I made a reservation for 6 am to self pickup at the 21st century storage (now modstorage) location in Long Island city but was informed when I arrived that no trucks were available for me and I would either need to wait 4 hours for the location to open or I could uber 30 minutes to ridgewood to pick up a truck. The whole process turned a 15-20 minute pickup into about a two hour nightmare. It’s not really this locations fault but U-Haul is garbage overall and does not care about what happens to you.
