Rhonda BOdometer mileage was wrong. Was told it would be corrected. It was not. Return location was wrong. Was told it would be corrected. It was not. Felt like we were lied to from day one. Was told we were going to get $100 deposit back after we returned the equipment. That didn’t happen either.

Wayne SSheryl was extremely helpful. This location is where I live and she talked me through how to get the truck at the other location the day before. I was very nervous about using phone for the this. I'm a senior and unaccustomed to doing things digitally rather than in person. It makes me very anxious.
