Sheryl was extremely helpful. This location is where I live and she talked me through how to get the truck at the other location the day before. I was very nervous about using phone for the this. I'm a senior and unaccustomed to doing things digitally rather than in person. It makes me very anxious.
Cynthia WNo one at office. Maybe due to holiday. Upon getting my final bill I was charged for gas. Truck was checked out with 1/8 of a tank and returned with 1/4. Person U talked to said that was correct and they would "check on it". Next time I will take a picture of the gauge! It would also be nice if Uhaul gave 2 days for a 90 mile move across state line. 24 hours is a tight window especially for $265!
