I had contacted UHaul for a reservation prior to arriving to pick-up trailer . I thought I would be in and out within minutes. It took over an hour to finish the paperwork. It seemed like a brand new reservation/contract was initiated. Apparently, there were some computer issues on the UHaul website that the agent was working through. Agent was polite and apologetic. What good was my initial reservation???

Brandon MThe pick up and drop off locations were outstanding. Great service, communication - good people. The central reservation / customer care executives need to be replaced. They have poor policies and clearly are not training their agents. U-Haul changed my pickup location from 5 mins away to 40 mins away. I called central reservations and had to rudest, most self important, useless person ever. She explained U-haul guarantees the equipment, not the location for its reservation guarantee. That's not cool Uhaul. But I needed the trailer, so I asked her to move my pickup time since I could not get there by the original reservation time given the new location. She said she could not do that. I said I did not understand why - she said because I had to honor the original reservation - and hung up. Recreational vehicles call me to confirm and I explained I could not pick up the trailer. She readily said all was good and took care of everything. Whatever uhaul collects as a fee needs to be reduced. There franchisees are the real customer service reps.. Highly recommend this location.
