The 15' UHaul that I rented leaked water all onto my stuff as i drove it. There is welding patch in that Uhaul that is not complete. My boxes were wet when i arrived at my destination. Be careful renting this Uhaul out to other customers until it is fixed.

The location did not have the moving pads that ordered from the website. When I went to pickup, the dealer said that he never has moving pads and that uhaul knows that. It would have been helpful to know that moving pads were not available at that location as I would have obtained moving pads elsewhere.
Steven HI had contacted UHaul for a reservation prior to arriving to pick-up trailer . I thought I would be in and out within minutes. It took over an hour to finish the paperwork. It seemed like a brand new reservation/contract was initiated. Apparently, there were some computer issues on the UHaul website that the agent was working through. Agent was polite and apologetic. What good was my initial reservation???
