Don FGoleta Motors in Goleta, CA should have zero stars because the owner is dishonest and manipulative. First of all, I rented a trailer from June15 until June 18. The owner called me and asked me to pick it up early because he was not going to be available on the day I had rented it. He said that he may not have any trailers for the day I requested and if I didn’t come early that I may not get one. I came early as per his request and I told him that I would be driving back home on the 17th and wouldn’t be back until late that night. He said no worries, I would not be charged extra. He also said I better give him 5 stars or he wouldn’t rent a trailer to me the next time I come. When I arrived at my destination I was charged for an extra day. I called the owner in Goleta to fix it and he said he would but he didn’t. Don’t trust him.
