Jude FSince we dropped off after-hours, I so appreciated that the location had motion sensor lights and easy access to a QR code to find drop off instructions. Returning a truck in an unfamiliar town can be a little intimidating but this location did it right! Highly visible signage and drop box, and the Uhaul app was very intuitive and easy to use to document our mileage, gas gauge, and photos of the vehicle. After we completed the transaction in the app, the location owner called us to ask if we'd had any problems or questions. That extra service is uncommon these days and it is so appreciated - thank you very much!!!!
