The location itself was fine. Trying to make the reservation online not so much . The location couldn't find my reservation so I had to make a reservation and wait to get the truck the following day they didn't have one available

I rent 6x12 frequently and from Duncan Ace mostly. However this trailer I rented on this trip was the worst ever. The trailer either have out of balance tires (right side based on the condition ) and made my truck vibrate all the time. I checked the air pressure (65 psi) but it didn’t fix the issue. Also the trailer brakes is too strong and seems to be fighting against the truck during braking. The trailer number is RV4553. Please have this serviced or pull out of service. Ticking time bomb for sure.
nathaniel rMember did not want to accept the vehicle and kept advising me of issues made by person during pickup. Charged $12.01 to my card for gas when I ensured it had more in it than what it did at pickup. Paid $50 to refuel less than 2 miles from dropping off vehicle. I’d never rent from this location!
Thomas GNothing. I’m stupid and made a complaint that was untrue.
Jonathan HAce is given old equipment. The truck I rented the door got stuck. With the truck loaded. Plus it was raining. Needless to say my stuff got wet. The flap at the top was worn out. But, because that latch wasn’t lock in place it went above the stopper.. Either way this should have not happened. I’m 72 years old and short. There are no step ups on the trucks so I had to climb like a monkey to get in.
