Windshield could not have been any dirtier. Inside worse than outside. In desperate need of new wiper blades- driving in the rain was awful.

It’s not necessarily the location. It’s the U-Haul app. Picking up the truck through the app was a nightmare. Ran into problem after problem. I understand all the verification needed but the app is going through the steps were not accepting certain things and I had to keep doing them over and over and over it took over or about an hour to check out and get the truck due to all the glitches. I was scheduled to pick up the truck at 8 AM and did not leave there till almost at 9 o’clock. It was frustrating cause the store couldn’t really help me because U-Haul didn’t open till 10. It’s a hardware store they were open. I’m guessing around six or seven, but they couldn’t do anything about it until 10 o’clock so I had to call customer service. It’s still read the problems. Their representative was nice and kept apologizing for the way the system was. I had movers waiting on me who charged by the hour.
